The New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority has had great programs for 1st time buyers for years, but the Gov is really trying to get buyers into these programs. “I urge every New Mexican who’s looking to buy a home to look and see if they can benefit from these unique programs,” said Governor Bill Richardson.
