Homes sales information for Corrales New Mexico for the 3rd Quarter 2012 are out. This is a Graph showing the trend of the “For Sale”, “Sold”, and “Pending” of non-distressed properties in Corrales for the period 09/01/11 to 11/30/12. This means any foreclosure, bank owned, or short sale homes sold are excluded from this market data.

Based on the trend, the number of homes for sale has decreased by 1.0% and the number of properties being sold has decreased by 28.6%. Pending properties have increased as well. It’s good to see the number of pending sales up!
